Probably the most satisfying part about building with Vance has been the end result – our home.

 

When building a new home, there’s an element of uneasiness about what the home is actually going to turn out to be like.

 

The biggest compliment we could have ever gotten on the house was when someone said, “This house is so you!” The house really feels like “us.” Vance was able to capture the personalities and the lifestyle of our family and the house truly reflects that.

When building our house, our biggest concerns were budget and quality. No matter what was on our wish list, we had to stay in our budget, and we weren't even sure we could build the house we needed for our size of family and do it out of town. Thankfully, we found Vance.

​

Before we started building, we knew how much the project would cost, and if changes were made the price adjustment was discussed before we made the decision. Communication was open during construction and after we moved in, Vance was available to answer many questions. Any installation issues after we moved in were resolved, and those issues were pretty minor.

 

I really don't feel we would've been able to build this quality of a house, especially this size, in our budget with another company.

 

We were even able to move in a month early, saving us the headache of living with relatives and commuting when school started. I'm so grateful that we're able to build and give our kids the experience of country living. We're enjoying our new place every day.
