Building Your Vision

Before we start putting your ideas on paper, we begin every design and remodel process by getting to know you. 

From the style of floor plan to the number of rooms to your desired aesthetic, our process always begins by covering the basics of your vision so you can be in the driver’s seat from day one.

All of our drafting is done in-house so we can make your desired changes with you in-person. It’s our top priority to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the design while also ensuring we are building you a home that meets every standard of safety and efficiency. Only after we have your approval of the plan will we complete a final draft and begin the estimating process.

Our goal at Vance Vetter Homes is to give you the home you want at a price that is right for you. We start determining the purchase price of your project by creating a list of all of the items included in the purchase price, which we will review in detail with you.

Please note that when creating an estimate, we are only calculating for items that you will be choosing at a later time in the building process.

Once we have completed an estimate and you are satisfied with the home specifications, both parties will sign a purchase agreement. Upon signing a purchase agreement, we will then obtain the necessary permits and insurance. At the beginning stages of the home building process you will also start to choose the interior and exterior features of your home.

Once everything is complete, we will begin breaking ground.
