Vance Vetter has been in the construction business for nearly 20 years. He began his career by working for others, learning every detail of homebuilding. Being a leader at heart and a “people person” who craved direct contact with the people who would actually be living in the homes he helped build, Vance began his own business in 1995.

For Vance Vetter the highlight of the homebuilding process really is building relationships. He likes getting to know his clients and listening to their hopes and dreams for their brand new home. Whether he’s building a remarkable first home for a new young couple or the custom-designed castle of a client’s dreams, he likes being a part of making those hopes and dreams come true.
